How does a person with limited financial resources get acting training?

Take a second and if necessary third survival job – it’s not easy, but neither is working 80 hours in an office easy.
Reaching goals requires first that you believe in their possibility. When you fully accept your power to create you become a person without limit. This industry is filled with comparisons and it requires clear focus, great internal resilience and a belief that you were put here to make a difference through your gifts. Will Smith said it so well when he spoke about why he wanted to take the role in Seven Pounds;
“I decided (since I turned 40) that everything I do now has to have Purpose.”
Success is already yours in this moment when you know that your purpose is unique and you HAVE TO fulfill it. Most importantly, Enjoy the Journey!

Interesting and thought – provoking idea–I’m finding, though, as I get my feet wet in this industry, that a career trajectory is fluid, not set. I know my goals, but I’ll take achievement in any form it comes!

Actors that ont succeed is relative. I think you have to take a lot into consideration. Well reall 3 things, your God, your attitude and your talent. Lets err to the talented and has God! It all comes down to drive determination and perseverance. Most dont succeeedis because its about the shine and not the grime. You got to get dirty if you will in this biz so worrying about your pretty aint goin get!
I’m learning that actors don’t reach their goals for the same reasons other people don’t reach theirs. I used to think it was vastly different, in degrees it is. But the same principles are at hand: clarity, perseverance, discipline, hard work, etc.
